Shipping and Returns

Most of our orders are shipped within a short timeframe from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within a standard delivery period of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. chicsfable.com is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

We do not ship on the weekend or public holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery. Once your package has been delivered, chicsfable.com is not responsible for theft or damage.

Several shipping options are available at checkout for your convenience.

Orders placed before a certain time will generally ship promptly via a reliable courier service. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact us. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. Once your package has been delivered, chicsfable.com is not responsible for theft or damage.

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties.

chicsfable.com partners with a global e-commerce solution to ship orders outside of the United States Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes to your respective country will be displayed as a separate line item in your Check Out cart. All duties paid at check out are not collected by chicsfable.com; they are passed directly to your local customs office.

chicsfable.com is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

We accept returns on all full priced items within a specified period of delivery receipt.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, altered, washed, or have any fragrance. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. Items purchased as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

All in-store orders need to be returned in-store only & can only be returned for store credit/exchange.

For domestic returns within the US, you can visit this link to request a return/exchange. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns outside of the US, you can visit this link to request a return. Currently, we are only able to process returns, not exchanges. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and the box it came in. chicsfable.com boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.
